The DS-2019 is a Homeland Security form issued by D-5010 as a record of acceptance into our Year-Long program. The student applies for a US Visa using this form before being allowed to travel to the USA. During the year, the DS-2019 may have to be re-validated by our Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) if the student travels foreign while in our program.
First Night Questions are used by the Host Family and Club to acclimate a new student to the family, Host Club and community. Additional language forms are also available from NAYEN HERE
