Student applicants are strongly encouraged to have their substantially complete Outbound Student Application turned in to the local Rotary Club. Substantially complete applications are completed to a point where the next steps would be to obtain the required Doctor’s and Dentist’s examination and have a U.S. Passport that DOES NOT expire before January 2026.
